GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education or designee, plans and provides assessments, consultation and treatment of students with disabilities who qualify for occupational therapy services and reports on the results of treatment for students. Must be able to distinguish the difference between educationally vs. medically necessary occupational therapy.
Requirements / Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications:
Occupational Therapist Certification issued by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
State Occupational Therapist license
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency
Valid California Class C Driver's License
