Production PlannerOPEX Corporation has a full-time first shift opportunity for a Production Planner to work in our 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Pennsauken, NJ. Responsibilities:Utilize Oracle ERP System to plan, release and distribute work orders in time to meet production schedule completion item detail records within Oracle ERP system to provide accurate planning planner reports to identify item shortages, correct lead times, on-hand quantities, overdue orders, etc.Review Engineering Change Orders and implement any required changes.Work with production and manufacturing supervisors to address details related to schedule changes.Work with Inventory Control to identify and justify inventory inaccuracies.Work with purchasing to obtain required parts, materials, tools and equipment. Requirements:Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with an ERP planning systemWorking knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsHigh School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field a plusKnowledge of manufacturing processes is beneficial Physical/Work Environments:Employee will primarily be working in a factory environment with occasional travel to customer sites for observation / researchSitting and standing for an extended period of timeSome walking on the factory floor to communication with production personnel About UsCompany OverviewOPEX Corporation is more than a manufacturer of machines.
