Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,223 per week

Certification Details BLS, ACLS, PALS required Job Details Shift: Nights (7p-7a) Our Emergency Department (ED) is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days a year by board-certified emergency medicine physicians, as well as highly skilled emergency care nursing staff As a registered nurse you will assist in planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within scope of practice Use your knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care You will assess data reflective of the patients status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patients requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs Quality of care is provided in an efficient safe manner consistent with policies and procedures for the department Demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization Resolve patient care and departmental situations within scope of responsibility and refer problems beyond that scope to appropriate individuals Assists with data collection in research studies being conducted in work area Job Requirements Successful completion of an accredited RN program Current RN NH License BLS, ACLS, PALS required 2 years experience in the ED preferred but willing to train the right person Schedule Information Shift: Nights (7p-7a) Unit Specific Information ED at Cottage Hospital is an established Level IV Trauma Center The Emergency Department is prepared to provide trauma care to patients of all ages 24 hours a day Trauma Center designation mandates the establishment of emergency protocols and a formal quality assessment program Must maintain certification every three years Additional Details Working at our facility comes with a range of benefits Health, Dental, 403(b) with employer match, ETO, Hospital Discount and more As part of our commitment to the professional growth and development of our staff, we provide tuition reimbursement and or loan repayment which can result in up to $4,000 a year
