- BLS

- Experience in Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation

Shifts: (discussed in interview)• 36/48 alternating variable or straight night shifts• Option for 3x12s as well• Weekend Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. For night shift it is any combination of Fri/Sat nights and for day shift it is Sat/Sun.• 13 week contracts
Requested Time Off:6 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week)Must be available to work holidays*Self scheduling!

Unit Summary: 30-37 beds. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD’s and ECMO. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Patients can range from neonatal up to 23.
