Our Verification Specialists play an important role to our customers, and to our organization! They do this by placing outbound calls to verify customer payment, ensuring peace-of-mind through compassionate, friendly service. These team members must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, all while paying close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be professional, polite, and have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
What You Will Do:
- Place outbound calls to verify credit card payment;
- Communicate policies and grant accommodations;
- Follow-up with various customers via email and phone;
- Direct calls in a friendly, professional manner, as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively perform as part of a team or independently
- Monday thru Thursday 9am-3pm
