<strong>Job Title: </strong> Training Coordinator<br><br><strong>Client Location: </strong> Kohler, WI (hybrid Tues-Thurs onsite)<br><br><strong>Starting: </strong> 07/15/2024<br><br><strong>Salary/Pay Rate: </strong> $24-25/hr + benefits<br><br><strong>Hours: </strong> Full-time<br><br><strong>Duration: </strong>Through 2024, potential to extend<br><br><strong>Job Description:</strong><br><br>The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training Kitchen & Bath product teams. Under the direction of the Product Training Program Manager, you would aid in the authoring, development<br><br>and execution of training and sales tools for the Kitchen & Bath North America sales and marketing teams.<br><br><strong>Specific Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Take developed content and convert to online learning courses using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360</li><li>Back-to-basic training courses</li><li>Category specific courses</li><li>New product launches</li><li>Manage product courses in KCM by creating curriculum and content journeys for sales/marketing teams</li><li>Primary source for uploading and managing developed content to SharePoint site, Mater MS Teams site</li><li>Course loading</li><li>Quarterly updates to master content</li><li>Schedule review times with product teams</li><li>Toolkit creation/coordination - linking to shared locations</li><li>Partner with trade team and become expert of Vudoo to include in online learning courses</li><li>Maintain Cross Category/training calendar by partnering with Sales Training/Event Planners</li><li>Assist/manage/update category playbooks - partner with commercialization team</li><li>Other administrative duties as assigned</li></ul><br><strong>Skills/Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required</li><li>A minimum of one year of experience creating and delivering training programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 Suite of products including Microsoft Teams</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce and Articulate highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently are essential</li></ul><br>The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 to $25/hr.
