<strong>Overview: This role will coordinate and plan for Dexter, MI site wide training requirements, ensuring compliance to company standards while deploying assignments at a reasonable pace to minimize any negative impact on manufacturing production schedules and delivery of our products to patients. This role will take direction from the Manufacturing management & local HR Partner to coordinate and ensure successful execution of training programs at this newly acquired site.</strong><br><br><strong>Top 3 things the manager is looking for: </strong><br><ol><li><strong>Prior experience with complex scheduling projects</strong></li><li><strong>Reliable partner, with a willingness to develop relationships and strong discipline of deliver on time results</strong></li><li><strong>Draft clear directions & regular communications to ensure training programs are prioritized and executed in alignment with company standards and deadlines.</strong></li></ol><br><br><strong>Top 3 Tasks or Responsibilities in scope for this role:</strong><br><ol><li><strong>Ownership of the Master Training Calendar for Dexter, MI Operations</strong></li><li><strong>Accountable single point of contact and resource for all Cornerstone Training Assignments</strong></li><li><strong>Proactive planning and deployment of assigned trainings for Direct Labor, leveraging SMEs as necessary to ensure adult learning objectives</strong></li></ol><br><br>~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~<br><br>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Confirm training assignments in LMS, plan and coordinate complex training delivery schedules for manufacturing across multiple shifts. Occasionally performs on the job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.<br><br>PRODUCTION SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Provides support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes. May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.<br><br>DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS<br><br>Autonomy: Established and productive individual contributor. Works under moderate supervision; with general supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new activities. Knows operating equipment and established operational procedures. Works on clerical assignments in distribution center that may require application of prior experience.<br><br>Organizational Impact: Performs intermediate activities requiring judgment and decision making in manufacturing/production operations or distribution center . Work consists of tasks that are typically routine.<br><br>Innovation and Complexity: Problems faced are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems . May be required to highlight areas of concerns / problems in own job area.<br><br>Communication and Influence: Communicates typically with internal contacts within and outside of immediate team. Obtains and provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation.<br><br>Leadership and Talent Management: May provide guidance and assistance to new or entry level employees. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires full job knowledge of production related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.<br><br>Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience. May require vocational training and/or certification.
