TOPR - Per Diem Primary Care Physicians (4)

Four (4) Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians , to provide Per Diem services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville VAMC . The contractor must also be credential and privileged and be able to report to work within two (2) days to serve as replacements to cover during unexpected absences, leave, sick leave, or termination. The Contractor shall cover the range of Primary Care services as would be provided in an ultramodern civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding current recognized national standards as established by The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM):

VA clinic hours: Typically Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p
No weekends or Holidays

Medical Requirements - All test results must be within 12 months of start

TB skin test or Blood work (Neg Chest X-ray required for positive Skin or Blood test)
Flu shot (annual)
