On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse

The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community named one of the Best Nursing Homes of by U.S. News and World Report, is seeking an On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN). This position offers flexibility with AM and Evening shifts as well as competitive hourly rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents while adhering to person-directed care principles
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Assist in developing care assignments and holding team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state for which you are applying
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care preferred
