Our Sales Support Coordinator II builds and maintain relationships with International Distributors and Global End-user Customers by providing world class customer service. Help the company meet monthly goals through customer outreach and processing orders. Facilitate regulatory compliance and related safety and quality tasks with International Distribution customers. Hybrid * Ability to work remotely a few days each week, once trained Compensation * Hourly base plus quarterly bonus What You'll Do: * Support distributor partners as a primary contact; Process orders & inquiries; Provide proforma invoices, shipping details and any other information as required by the customer for importation; Maximize shipping economy by coordinating consolidation of orders from multiple warehouses in Phoenix. * Ensure distributor training & license documentation is filed and current following stand operating procedures. * Process web/email inquiries, orders and payments from end-user customers and company-internal orders. Be an expert resource for customers to find the best SmartPractice products and services for their needs and cross/suggestive/up sell complimentary products. * Facilitate new customer onboarding and administer new customer welcome program. * Receive customer feedback and quality/pharmacovigilance reporting for responsible areas. Follow quality procedures and documenting as required. Complete all assigned quality training. * Inactive account weekly outreach by email and phone. Research contacts in advance by reviewing account history and learning buying habits. Skills and Experience: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Minimum 3 years customer service/sales experience required * Consultative sales experience highly preferred * Order entry experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred * Dermatology or Allergy knowledge a plus In support of our mission statement, "Healthier Practices, Healthier Patients", we have adopted a tobacco-free environment and we choose not to hire tobacco and nicotine users, including the use of e-cigarettes/vaping.
