This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Will You Contribute to the Company? We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk with a keen eye for organization and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and data entry support related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the challenges of supporting a growing office of diverse people and programs. This individual must be able to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimal supervision.This position requires frequent communication and coordination with senior staff. What Will You Do?

SKU Creation and SKU Maintenance involving ERP and Integrated systems

Coordinate and perform project-based work

Review systematic practices and implement improvements where necessary

Conduct clerical duties, including reporting, responding to emails, and preparing documents

Develop and process presentations, letters, documents, spreadsheets, charts, and reports using Microsoft Office software

Intercompany coordination and Set Up of Item Numbers with Distribution Teams

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

One (1) year of experience in Data Entry

Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills (in English)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint; Concur, Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) or SAP experience

Preferred Qualifications

Two (2+) years of experience in Data Entry
