<b>The Role</b> <br> <br>The Lab Operations and Materials team seeks a candidate to help perform logistical and infrastructural tasks in support of the Technical Development organization at Moderna. This is an onsite role based in Moderna's Technology Center campus in Norwood, MA. <br> <br>In this role, responsibilities will be split between lab-based support, such as consumable stocking, lab cleanouts, CTU support as well as equipment support and sample log-in and storage, including issuance of controlled data forms, and monitoring of temperature-controlled chambers in compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, and cGMP regulations.<br> <br> <b>Here's What You'll Do</b> <br> <ul> <li>Manage system for incoming and outgoing samples. Receive and log in samples as per SOP. Maintain inventory and chain of custody.<br></li> <li>Manage system for stability samples. Prepare protocols, stage and load samples, manage pull schedules. Pull and submit samples as per approved protocols and SOP. Maintain inventory and chain of custody.<br></li> <li>Ship samples as required by approved protocols and client requests. Review data from temperature monitoring devices as appropriate. Investigate and resolve any excursions or other deviations.<br></li> <li>Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.<br></li> <li>Oversee monitoring system for our CTUs across MTC North. Review data routinely as per SOP. Act as primary contact for monitoring system after business hours.
