Technical Project Manager - LIMS

A biotechnology company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Technical Project Manager to join their growing team. In this role, the Technical Project Manage will be responsible for supporting digital application projects from requirements definition through deployment, including building project schedules, following up on action log items with team members, etc.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>The Technical Project Manager will:<br><ul><li>Establish and manage project timelines</li><li>Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary</li><li>Write meeting agendas and meeting minute</li><li>Ensure project goals and means meet business objectives and deliver value in a timely fashion</li><li>Work collaboratively across the organization to gain alignment on project objectives and deliverables</li><li>Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects</li><li>Complete weekly reporting and scorecard generation for the Global Quality Leadership Team meeting which meets every Monday.</li><li>Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes</li><li>Maintain project Sharepoint sites as assigned.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in requirement gathering and definition in coordination with business partner team of stakeholders</li><li>Work as a partner with teams to support the validation and business analyst processes needed to deliver a system's changes.</li><li>Understand and read process flow maps, SOPs, Work Instructions where needed to ensure project solution is aligned with business process flow.</li><li>Maintain critical details on system configurations and communicate those to others in writing and orally</li><li>Perform other duties, as needed</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>5+ years of Administrative, Laboratory, Quality and/or Project Management experience</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in one of their following area: Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Business, Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, IT, Project Management, etc.</li><li>Project Management background</li><li>Agile-based project execution</li><li>Strong Validation experience</li><li>LIMS with Integration knowledge</li><li>Microsoft Office 365 experience, MS Teams, Outlook calendaring</li><li>Great interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly organized</li></ul><br><strong>Desired Skills:</strong><br><ul><li>Project Management Practitioner (PMP) certification</li><li>PMO experience</li></ul>
