Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the financial operations for three families, overseeing both private and public investments across real estate, private equity, and growth equity.

This full-time role will report directly to the Head of Family for each managed family, ensuring the seamless management of reporting, accounting, and tax obligations for both personal and business accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management

Oversee the comprehensive financial management for all personal and business accounts.

Develop and manage financial strategies that align with each family’s investment goals.

Provide insights and recommendations on investment opportunities and financial planning.

Accounting and Reporting

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all private and public investments.

Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Oversee the monthly close of books and prepare monthly financial reports.

Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Tax Planning and Compliance

Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with all tax obligations.

Prepare, review, and execute tax filings alongside external advisors.

Manage quarterly tax projections, estimates, and payments.

Work closely with tax advisors to optimize tax positions and manage tax risks.

Prepare and review tax returns for all personal and business entities.

Investment Management

Monitor and manage the performance of real estate, private equity, and growth equity investments within the portfolio.

Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for potential investment opportunities.

Maintain relationships with investment partners, advisors, and financial institutions.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with investments and business operations.

Implement robust internal controls and financial processes to safeguard assets.

Long-Range Financial Planning

Develop and maintain long-range financial plans and models for each family.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support long-term financial goals.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and investment management.

Proven track record in managing the financial operations of high-net-worth individuals and their businesses.

Strong financial modeling and analyst management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and report to multiple stakeholders.
