About the Role

Strategy Collective seeks an experienced, full-time Project Coordinator to support our growing agency's needs.

This role will manage the administrative aspects of client projects, monitoring progress toward deadlines. It also supports one of Strategy Collective's co-founders by helping them prioritize tasks, projects needing review, and client communication that needs to be addressed.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, previous client-facing experience in a project or account role, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Directly support the Sr. Project Manager and project management team in guiding agency projects from onboarding through delivery.
  • Maintain our project management platform (ClickUp), ensuring project details are current, assigning tasks and deadlines, and monitoring potential blockers.
  • Run weekly client-facing project update meetings.
  • Prepare project status updates for client meetings, take notes during the meeting, and fill in for the Account Strategist on client meetings when needed.
  • Coordinate project timelines with the Sr. Project Manager and provide clients with updates and progress.
  • Help agency leadership maintain a priority order of tasks throughout the week (items needing review, communication to be addressed, etc.)
  • Create and maintain project documentation on all deliverables and regularly update internal stakeholders.
  • Update ClickUp and communicate new action items to the internal project team following meetings.
  • Organize project tasks and delegate to appropriate team members within ClickUp.
  • Support a project environment encouraging cross-functional collaboration, team alignment, and momentum.
  • Proactively share ideas, opportunities for improvement, and workflow optimizations with the project management team.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator role, client-facing account role, or related.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal client-facing communication and written updates.
  • High level of confidence to communicate with agency leadership and clients about project scope, priorities, timelines, and objectives.
  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing project workflows, including but not limited to copywriting and content creation, design, paid advertising, social media, SEO, and website development.
  • People-first mentality committed to working collaboratively with the broader team - have a good time while doing great work!
  • Incredible attention to detail so that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively escalate issues as needed while understanding the impact on the overall project.
  • Self-starter and creative problem solver, comfortable taking initiative and working without constant supervision.
  • Lifelong learner, wanting to continue improving your project management skills, methods, and techniques.
  • Available for occasional light travel 2-3x/year for company events (team summits, in-person strategy sessions).

  • Project management training or certification.
