Full and part time positions available. Operations Managers must exhibit excellent leadership/management skills including: setting clear expectations, giving direction and mentoring your team. Operations Manager will contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest service by recruiting, training, scheduling and retaining guest focused team members. These positions are responsible for specific operation tasks, a full staff of associates, checklist completion, cleaning and communication between departments under the direct supervision of a Regional Director as well as simple stock keeping and cash handling. Positions include: Operations Manager (Game Room, Grill Counter, Bowling Counter, Bar, Birthday Party Lead, Maintenance, Kitchen), Facility Engineer (Head Mechanic), Office Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Regional Director (Director of Operations, Office Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Facility Engineer, Game Director).
