Our mid-sized CPA firm in Marin County with a strong reputation for quality, integrity and customer service seeks an *experienced Tax Manager*. We provide a team culture, friendly and collaborative atmosphere with an emphasis on quality over quantity and stable client relationships. Partner track opportunity is available within the firm.

*Position Responsibilities*

Preparation and review of Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estate and Trust tax returns. Assist clients with tax and financial planning. Perform complex tax research. Duties include supervising, training, and interacting with junior and senior level staff. Must be able to manage client accounts.

*Qualifications*
* 10 years of experience preferred in public accounting
* Ability to thoroughly supervise current engagements as well as follow-up on completed projects
* *Strong technical and supervisory skills*
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, complete large numbers of complex projects
* Ability to build relationships with clients
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* CPA License/Certification preferred
* Must successfully pass a background check

$135,000.00--$180,000.00 per year
