Not everyone wants to be part of a huge firm, though.

If you’re a CPA and fall into the second category, you might be considering your options.

There’s an independent firm that have 70 staff and a client base similar to what you’ll find in a Top 10 Firm.

Their systems and tech are also up there with the bigger firms.

We’re helping them hire a Tax Manager.

It’s a generalist position and you’ll take responsibility for compliance and planning for a range of entities and individuals (some significant HNW).

There’s a clear Partner Track too.

You’ll get 55 hour busy season weeks, reduced summer hours and flex schedules (including fully remote options).

It would suit a CPA or EA with at least 5 years’ experience in Public Accounting.
