Operating as their own general contractor, we have a long-term track record of building high-end apartment homes in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest, Northern California, and Southern California regions of the country.<br><br><strong>Location: Multiple site locations in Central Jersey</strong><br><br><strong>Competitive compensation package and outstanding benefits including health, dental, disability, and vision insurance, 401(k), automobile allowance and a great working environment.</strong><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Assist more senior Superintendents on the day to day responsibilities of multi-family residential and mixed use construction projects from start to finish</li><li>Responsible for the timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces</li><li>Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others when in the operational area, tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely</li><li>Manage several components of the project</li></ul><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing construction industry</li><li>Knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance</li><li>Capable of managing multiple scopes/trades within the project up to $49 million in size</li><li>Computer and Procore literacy is a must</li><li>Degree in Construction Management is preferred </li><li>Preference will be given to candidates with wood framing experience </li></ul><br>Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000<br><br>The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.<br><br>cob1
