<b>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b><p>1. Work directly with mentors and subject matter experts, developing hands-on and technical experience. <br />2. Support the team functions within each rotation.<br />3. Build industry, professional, and technical knowledge by networking, attending company and industry events, and reviewing professional publications.<p><b>Education:</b><p>Pursuing a bachelor's degree and is within six months of graduation<p><b>Additional Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:</b><p>1. A solid work history, preferably with relevant internship experience<br />2. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and planning skills<br />3. Self-motivated/self-starter<br />4. Ability to travel<br />5. Ability to handle the stress of working with others<br />6. Availability outside of normal business hours<br />7. Ability to lead by example<br />8. Desire to learn; inquisitive and curious; continually seeking improvement<br />9. Upon completion of training program, demonstrate understanding of ORBIS selling processes, the manufacturing processes, ORBIS product lines and typical customer applications, order processing and territory management, including strategic growth planning; ability to uphold exceptional customer service and responsiveness while providing unbiased supply chain solutions; ability to convey accurate information to current and potential customers.<p><b>Travel Requirements:</b><p>Travel is required to support on site meeting actitivies, including overnight stays and extendned work hours during meetings. <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=5843689d5aa1dc895c79ad31896a685c&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
