Dynamic International has an exciting position for Sales Support Specialist. This individual is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the companies North American Sales teams through various reports and scheduling. This position works with and directly answers to the Owner of the company and our National Sales Manager to assist them with the day to day Sales and Marketing needs for our sales division.

Responsibilities

  • Set monthly, quarterly, yearly goal and evaluate the performance against the goals
  • Help with maintaining and updating company website including online quotes and brochures to current sales promotions and pricing.
  • Continuously communicate with colleagues and dealers to obtain feedback, suggest/implement any improvements to sales strategy
  • Salesforce Community and Reports is a large part of our database.
  • Webinar setups and scheduling
  • Setting up Virtual Sales Demos
  • Setting up Flights and Hotels for customers and guests
  • Working with Open Houses for content both locally and around the US
  • Tracking Sales data through various reports into Salesforce.
  • Getting demo video content for sales on all products in showroom, email blasts
  • Travel based on once a year dealer meeting and every other year tool show in Chicago which requires the position to be onsite for about a week.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in related field preferred or 3 plus years of similar work experience
  • Experience in Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
