We are seeking an organized and reliable Sales Support Administrator with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, meet urgent deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and familiarity with Generative AI is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage the flow of resumes using third-party job posting sites and Indeed, leveraging Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Maintain internal databases and CRM systems by inputting client and candidate information.
  • Utilize Generative AI to create and update job postings.
  • Oversee job postings and removals on the company website, Indeed, and Manatal.
  • Manage the internal job tracker using Excel.
  • Submit background checks through a third-party vendor.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Assist with minor technical issues, including connectivity problems and software installations.
  • Support onboarding processes, including creating email IDs, setting up employee workstations, and providing backend support.
Data Organization:
  • Collect, organize, and store sales metrics using the internal scorecard system.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, passwords, vendor information, and records via Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Track employee birthdays, anniversaries, and benefits eligibility dates.
Collaborative Tasks:
  • Collaborate with third-party social media, SEO, and marketing managers.
  • Work alongside third-party website managers.
  • Coordinate with third-party benefits brokers to activate and terminate employee benefit plans.
Special Projects:
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Recruiting:
  • Prescreen all internal applicants for CPNW positions.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Punctual, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Generative AI is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Software Knowledge:
  • Experience with Excel is necessary; experience with Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Generative AI is advantageous but not required.
