This role is crucial for someone with a deep understanding of the products and the ability to forge outstanding client relationships through exceptional sales expertise. The Job You will be responsible for : Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing detailed information about our services to prospective clients. Master the booking systems and understand the nuances of scheduling clients in different states, ensuring no overbooking. Process client payments, including obtaining and authorizing credit card information. Schedule consultations for specialized services such as weight loss, connecting clients with nurse practitioners as needed. Manage customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions (training provided). Perform administrative duties and maintain client records with high accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal Candidate Proven background in sales with a track record of high performance, preferably in health services or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and close sales confidently. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage scheduling across multiple states. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn new software. Charismatic and people-oriented, able to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client interactions. Someone with intrinsic sales ability who requires minimal training in sales techniques.
