Position: Sales for Physical Therapy Clinic

The Role:

Because we are growing, we are looking for a part-time (30+ hours) or full-time (40 hours) Sales Person to join our team of high-performance marketers and Physical Therapists! In this role, you’ll have one of THE most important roles in the organization as sales is truly the lifeblood of the business. You’ll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries and past patients, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of our company’s database.

Your role will be to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by booking new patients via the phone/online and excelling at helping to retain those patients as lifelong customers to the business (acquisition + retention). You’ll do that by creating the type of customer experience patients are happy to pay for and can’t wait to tell others about and by representing our company in an professional way. We are looking for someone who has a fun personality, is detail oriented, creative, can multi-task and is proficient at prioritizing daily and weekly tasks. 

Please ONLY apply if you have previously been successful in the role of phone sales prospecting and/or scheduling appointments as the primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 20 qualified new patient appointments per month. Preferably, this person will have at least one year’s experience in a successful inside sales position, setting appointments in a business-to-business or business-to-customer environment. 

The Tasks:

  • Acquisition: Hold a lengthy (often 15-20 min or longer) conversation with new patients on the phone discovering their goals and emotional drivers, communicating how we can help, determining who would be a good fit for our practice, ensuring any new patients are excited about and committed to beginning their care, know what to expect their first day and understand our exceptional level of service. 
  • Retention: Follow up with patients over the phone to ensure satisfaction is being achieved, to help ‘save’ potential drop offs, and to reactivate past patients with special offers. 
  • Sales: Communicate the value of our services and be able to explain how what we do is more than worth the price we are asking. Successfully handle price objections and work from our top-notch scripts for various situations. Attend weekly sales coaching calls with our business coaching team. Assist with sales of orthotics and other therapy self treatment tools, custom pillows, CBD oil, etc 
  • CRM/Database: work from extensive database/CRM of white-hot leads and 1,000+ past clients/inquiries to track and schedule your pipeline with ease. 
  • Take payment, schedule appointments, build & manage waitlist
  • Develop and regularly update the procedures library so every aspect of your role is documented and can be achieved by anyone else in the business
  • Collaborate regularly with the marketing and Physical Therapy team to improve our communication, delivery of top notch customer experiences and systems/processes. 
  • Offer administrative support and assist with special projects to facilitate clinic growth
  • Above all, make people ‘feel better’ just by talking with you as everyone needs to feel seen, heard and cared for.

Compensation for this Role:


Competitive Full-Time or Part-Time pay available ($20-$25/hour depending on experience and skill level) with some Benefits. Opportunity for increased pay and career advancement.

Hours:

Ideally 40 hours/week, open to hiring a candidate looking for 30+ hours/week. Option to begin part time and work up to full time.

Location:

This position will include primarily working from our Delafield, WI location.
