You'll be taught how to successfully sell and grow your career and income.
We'll teach you how to set 8-15 opportunities for the Sales team and then how to sell B2B building maintenance solutions. You'll work with the Sales team to learn and support the bid process and follow-up communications as you grow.

Here's what you'll be doing on a daily and weekly basis

  • Identify sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision-makers to generate opportunities for sales.
  • Can you use a CRM system and emailing platform? Great!! If you enjoy social media and marketing, even better!!
  • When you achieve objectives you'll get PROMOTED and you'll be earning even more incentive compensation!
  • Use your creativity to schedule appointments with prospects, communicate with lost accounts to try and get them back, and take a look at our competitors to identify their weaknesses and our opportunities.


Working Conditions

  • NOT a work from home position - sorry we like to be in the office and have fun here.
  • Office environment - Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with two days out in the field prospecting.
  • Casual dress unless customer facing
  • Located in downtown Westwood, NJ - there's gonna be a brewery opening a block away!

Requirements

What is required of you as a Sales Associate?

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of successful sales and/or sales support work experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Cold calling/prospecting experience is a plus and attitude is a must.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platform experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
  • Prior history of building and establishing relationships
  • Capable of working independently and as team
