<strong>Sales Assistant<br></strong> <br> <br>We are searching for an experienced <strong>Sales Assistant</strong>. <br>Avon, Indiana <br> <br> <b>Position Summary</b> <b>: </b> <br> <br>The Sales Assistant supports the Wealth Management team by providing essential administrative and sales support to ensure efficient operation and successful client management. The incumbent assists Financial Advisors with client communication, client recommendations and sales, preparing documents, and handling various administrative tasks to enhance client relationships and contribute to the team's overall success. <br> <br> <b>Primary Responsibilities and Duties: </b> <br> <br>&bull; Assists the Financial Advisors with client account management and paperwork.<br> <br>&bull; Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Everwise deposit products.<br> <br>&bull; Communicate and recommend LPL product suite to clients.<br> <br>&bull; Prepare investment documentation and transactions.<br> <br>&bull; Completing annuity and mutual fund orders.<br> <br>&bull; Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.<br> <br>&bull; Schedule and coordinate Financial Advisors client meetings and follow-ups.<br> <br>&bull; Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. <br> <br>&bull; Support the Financial Advisors in practice management research and reporting.<br> <br>&bull; Assist with promotional activities, client events and seminars.<br> <br>&bull; Ensure client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements. <br> <br>&bull; Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union.<br> <br> <b>Knowledge/Skills:</b> <br> <br>&bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br> <br>&bull; Excellent customer service and sales skills.<br> <br>&bull; Strong written communication skills.<br> <br>&bull; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br> <br>&bull; Attention to detail and accuracy.<br> <br>&bull; Strong understanding of investment products and services.<br> <br>&bull; Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.<br> <br> <b>Minimum Requirements:</b> <br> <br>&bull; High School Diploma or GED <br> <br>&bull; Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance License. <br> <br>&bull; Must hold an active Series 6 License. <br> <br>&bull; 1+ years' experience administrative or customer service experience.<br> <br>&bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.<br> <br>&bull; Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred.<br> <br> <strong>Non-Exempt</strong> <br> <br> <strong>Hourly Wage</strong> <br> <br>Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.<img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjU1Nzc5LjEyNTI0QHRlYWNoZXJzY3JlZGl0dW5pb25jb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif">
