Construction Superintendent

Our large construction client is currently hiring for a Construction Superintendent to join their team onsite at a project in Long Branch NJ. This individual will be responsible for acting as an onsite representative for the company overseeing all construction phases as well as working directly with other parties and subcontractors. This individual should have 5+ years of experience working on commercial construction projects as well as experience running weekly progress meetings, submittals, RFI's as well as doing site walks and safety meetings. This is a full-time onsite position.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of commercial construction experience
Experience working with Pro Core
OSHA 30 certification
Experience handling RFI's and submittals and overseeing subcontractors
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
experience working on ground up builds
experience with modular buildings
