Alliance Custom Interiors is seeking a Project Manager with experience in the metal framing and drywall field to join our growing team. The Project Manager will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.

Essential Duties:

  • Review contracts.
  • Send out request for information.
  • Value engineer project materials and building methods.
  • Create job specific material submittal for approval.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Complete monthly billings.
  • 1 year warranty letter close out.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with various software applications. They should be familiar with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) as well as project management systems such as Procore. They should also be comfortable working with people from different backgrounds. Ultimately, the candidate should have a high level of professionalism, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and be able to provide leadership to their team. We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as collaborate with other team members.
