  • Prepare meals according to established recipes and menus.

  • Monitor and accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared safely and hygienically.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all resident needs are met.
  • Keep inventory of food and supplies and order as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.



Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a cook, preferably in an assisted living facility or similar setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines is preferred.
  • Ability to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
