You would be completing a punch out list and final touches before the homeowner would move into the home. <br> <br>Responsibilities <br> <br>Closet Shelving <br> <ul> <li> Cut wire shelving to size </li> <li> Follow shelving template to pre-drill holes and fasten closet shelves to the wall </li></ul> <br> Shower Doors <br> <ul> <li> Install shower door kits and custom shower doors </li></ul> <br> Mirrors <br> <ul> <li> Cut glass to size </li> <li> Measure and mount mirror(s) to wall ensuring they are level </li></ul> <br> Hardware <br> <ul> <li> Fasten and attach hardware to cabinets in kitchens and/or bathrooms </li> <li> Mount towel racks and toilet paper holders to walls </li></ul> <br> General <br> <ul> <li> Load/unload materials </li> <li> Communicate directly to the customer/builder when necessary </li> <li> Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <br> <br>Qualifications <br> <br> <ul> <li> High School Diploma or GED </li> <li> 0-5 years experience in construction industry, completing remodels or finish work within a home </li> <li> Proficient in using hand and power tools, tape measure, laser level and laser measuring tools </li> <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li> <li> Work independently in residential homes or commercial projects </li> <li> Familiar with inspector guidelines and safety precautions </li> <li> Attention to detail </li> <li> Analytical and problem solving skills </li> <li> Basic math skills </li> <li> Work in a dynamic environment </li> <li> Valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle </li></ul> <br> <strong> Position requires a drug Test and motor vehicle report to be completed, contingent upon employment. </strong> <br> <br>Physical Demands <br> <ul> <li> Able to walk throughout the residential job site to access materials and complete job tasks. </li> <li> Able to ascend/descend ladders to install shelving, mirrors or hardware. </li> <li> Able to transport and lift materials up to 50 lbs. <br></li></ul> <br> <br>Work Environment <br> <ul> <li> Construction environment, must be able to adapt to weather conditions. <br></li></ul> <br> <br>EEO Statement <br> <br>IBP is an equal opportunity employer. <br> <br><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjgzOTM1LjEyNTI0QGluc3RhbGxlZGJ1aWxkaW5nY29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif">
