Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

We're looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.<br> <br> <b>What You Will Do</b> <br> <br>Under general direction, the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks pertaining to the design and development of manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling. This position follows a determined and rigid engineering practice and applies sound engineering principles to deliver optimal manufacturing solutions in guidance with quality/global standards.<br> <br>Manufacturing Engineering Assignments<br> <ul> <li>Performs moderately complex manufacturing engineering assignments and applies advanced manufacturing engineering principles and analysis as required.<br></li> <li>Conducts technical investigations. Identifies and prioritizes all engineering aspects of the project. Develops test plans and reviews results with the team.<br></li></ul>Project Management<br> <ul> <li>Plans, conducts, and coordinates engineering assignments and several pieces of a major project. Develops formal project requests.<br></li> <li>Prepares reports, graphs, planning layouts, and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results.<br></li></ul>Issue Resolution<br> <ul> <li>Identifies, investigates, and resolves routine and non-routine issues.
