Description Position at Wild Fork Foods Supply Chain is top of mind in the entire world right now. These are definitely challenging but rewarding times to work in the Logistics and Inventory Management field. Our Supply Chain team at Wild Fork is looking for a Warehouse Manager with great leadership skills, successful WMS implementation experience and results driven behavior to lead our freezer Distribution Center project. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be will be responsible for leading the PMO of the DC project, design the operational processes for inbound, storage and outbound guided by world class safety procedures and guidelines. You will lead the day-to-day operation, answer for the financial results of the facility as well as develop the talent in house. All of that while being part of the early stages in which Wild Fork is now. A successful person will demonstrate resilience, strong leadership, and be able to apply a systemic approach (root-cause analysis) towards solving puzzles. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

Builds and/ or supports the creation of operational structure and SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures)


Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness

Manage and oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures


Develop and monitor safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods

Ensures that all inbound merchandise is inspected and correct as ordered


Operates for extended periods of time in a cold environment

Facilitate the achievement of prescribed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding cost, productivity, customer service, profits, and team members


Demonstrates and promotes the company vision with determination Qualifications:

Associate/Bachelor degree with a focus on Supply Chain or Logistics


5+ years of Warehouse or Inventory management experience

Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), TMS, Microsoft Office


Knowledge of proper safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines and requirements.

Experience with a variety of forklifts and other material handling equipment


Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills,

Ability to drive process improvement by chrono-analysis and process mapping


Demonstrated management skills with emphasis on guiding and developing a team

Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear


Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed


Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Previous retail case picking experience preferred


Experience in freezer warehouses preferred

Experience with AS/RS automation is preferred


Experience with SAP WMS is preferred EOE/Vets/Disability
