Accounting Technician

DBS, a regional leader in basement waterproofing, foundation & crawl space repair, concrete repair, basement finishing and whole-home energy solutions is seeking an Accounting Technician to join our growing team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting team in creating and checking ledger entries, processing invoices, entering details into a database, and performing regular checks.

Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Create and check ledger entries to ensure accuracy

- Process invoices and enter details into a database

- Enter data about sales and reference check receipts against expenses and claims

- Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy

- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field

- 1+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Requirements:

What We Need For This Role

1+ years of accounting experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Quickbooks

Pay: $20.95 - $25.23 per hour
