Accounting Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. As a you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing expert advice on financial matters, and overseeing accounting team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cash flow analysis and financial reporting to support business decisions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze yearly tax goals
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide expert advice on financial matters, including budgeting and financial planning.
-Following up with customers on past due payments

Experience:
- Strong background in financial analysis and accounting.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Experience with tax preparation and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Experience in a construction/trade business is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
