Accounting Manager

LumaCyte is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management and inventory control, with a strong understanding of GAAP accounting procedures and proficiency in Netsuite. Manufacturing and cost accounting experience is preferred.

*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *

· Manage all financial operations, including general ledger journal entries, account reconciliation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and day-to-day record keeping.

· Prepare monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and forecasts.

· Perform gross margin and expense analysis.

· Work with external firms and assist with financial and tax audits.

· Work with manufacturing department to manage purchasing and inventory.

*Skills & Requirements *

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

· *5+ years accounting experience*.

· Thorough understanding and knowledge of GAAP accounting and procedures.

· *Proficiency in Netsuite* *(3-5 years)* specifically with experience in *inventory management, and unit cost accounting*.

· Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven self-starter, good interpersonal and time management skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
