We seek an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-BC for a full-time position in our North Wales, PA location.
The ideal Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will enjoy working in a collaborative environment with other clinicians and embrace innovative therapies appropriate for effective treatment.
Compensation:
  • The Salary Range for this position is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievment.

Requirements:
  • Clean & unrestricted Pennsylvania license
  • Board Certification
  • Two years of post-certification experience with assessments, evaluations, and medication management
  • Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required.
  • Expertise and experience in treating children, teens, and young adults is not required but advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testing.
  • Analyze data & results of assessments to diagnose patients
  • Prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis
  • Monitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications
  • Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collaborate with a broader team of prescribers and clinicians to assess and adjust treatment plans
