Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Member Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and auditing various types of documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards and guidelines. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our processes and ensuring high-quality outputs. RESPONSIBILITIES Review and audit documents, reports, and records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings and actions taken. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Verify the authenticity and validity of information by cross referencing across multiple systems. Respond to regional mailbox, supporting requests from club management and sales teams. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and discrepancies. Ability to work manage priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinker with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Establish and maintain effective, cooperative, and professional courteous working relationships with your team and colleagues.
