Daily Responsibilities for the Cardiac Neuro Med/Surg RN : Conducts thorough patient assessments, advocates within the interdisciplinary team, analyzes data for diagnosis, establishes individualized care plans with expected outcomes, prioritizes patient safety , optimizes resource utilization, and provides comprehensive education and support to patients and their families Provide effective communication, as it involves clear and concise interactions with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and patients, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment: Shift: 3x12’s: Days or Nights Required Qualifications for the Cardiac Neuro Med/Surg RN : Clear and Active FL RN License 1 years of Acute Care experience Must have Telemetry Experience BLS within 30 days of hire Benefits for the Cardiac Neuro Med/Surg RN : Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) retirement plans PTO Tuition Reimbursement Pay Details: $28.00 - $41.00 an hour (can increase dependent on experience) Night Shift Differential - $4.45/hr Sign-on Bonus – up to $15,000 Interested in being considered?
