Job Summary:

Essential Job Duties:

  • Performs patient assessments in a systematic and organized manner to provide high quality and safe outcomes.
  • Provides direction and collaborates with team members to support a healthy work environment.
  • Analyzes collected data to formulate a plan of care that contributes to high quality and safe outcomes.
  • Implements a plan of care with measurable criteria consistent with work class performance levels.
  • Evaluates the plan of care with the patient and family/support system to maintain world class levels of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Contributes to a high performance work environment by seeking educational resources that enhance and maintain current knowledge and skills.
  • Apply for nursing council or committee and be vested on one council at least every 5 years. 80% attendance in person or by phone is required. Advancements in Clinical Ladder will be reflected in yearly application process and is expected for job performance standards.

Qualifications
Job Specifications:
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelors Degree in Nursing within 3 years of employment (with the exception of staff previously granted grandfather status).
  • Licensure: Registered Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Some areas may require a current and valid driver's license.
  • Experience: Graduate of RN Program
