Staff Educator

Newly created part-time Staff Educator position available in our Staff Education Department. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Educator to join our healthcare team. In this Staff Educator role, you will schedule and provide CPR, First Aid, and Safe Sitter classes for our staff and the community. You will also build, monitor, maintain, and track our staff education courses. This will include collaborating with various departments in our organization and community.

Hours for this Staff Educator position are primarily 3 days per week with some flexibility needed, 0.50 FTE, approximately 40 hours in a bi-weekly pay period.

The ideal Staff Educator candidate will have a strong clinical background, experience in adult learning and curriculum development, and a commitment to improving patient care through continuous learning and staff development. Preferred certifications include BLS, CPR, AED, First Aid and Safe Sitter along with Instructor status.
