<strong>Job Summary:</strong><br><br>We are seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced-level application support to our employees. In this role, you will maintain personal computers and related hardware and assist Network Engineers with the installation of software and hardware.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Perform advanced-level computer system maintenance, repairs, and installations.</li><li>Monitor and control computer equipment by operating the central console or an online monitor.</li><li>Utilize operating systems utilities to monitor hardware systems.</li><li>Identify and report problems within the department, communicate them to the supervisor, and actively participate in resolution methods.</li><li>Analyze existing methods and develop alternatives to enhance operational and production efficiency.</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><br><strong>Education and Work Experience:</strong><br><ul><li>High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred</li><li>Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred</li><li>Two years of technical experience: Preferred</li></ul><br><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Dell certification: Preferred</li><li>Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - Infrastructure and Desktop: Preferred</li><li>CompTIA Certifications: Preferred</li></ul>
