We are seeking a Speech Therapist for our Home Health team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing speech/language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities. Your duties will include participating in the development and review of treatment plans, administering diagnostic tests, observing and reporting patient responses, providing instruction to patients and families, and maintaining documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA
- Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist / speech-language pathologist
- Home Health experience is a plus
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation:
The compensation range for this role is $76,800 - $105,800 per year, and benefits include paid time off, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, and more.
