Reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing against graphic design needs. A shepherd of the brand with strong problem-solving abilities and conceptual thinking, the Graphic Designer will collaborate cross-functionally to produce creative elements for in-store experience, new product launches, and other marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to produce new product notices, product displays, in- and out-of-store signage, and product catalogs using established brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize design elements for new campaigns. Assist with executing graphic design for other internal production of digital assets, printed collateral, promotional materials, merchandising, presentations, etc. Collaborate with the marketing team and work cross-functionally with product line managers and product development to produce creative elements needed for marketing initiatives. Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Director to develop and maintain production schedule to provide creative elements needed for all marketing initiatives on a timely basis and maintain organization of digital files and other assets. Assist with photography and art direction as needed for in-store marketing and signage production. Demonstrate an interest in leatherworking, the product, and the Tandy brand. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, competitive landscape, and best practices for creative development against business priorities. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field, or appropriate certification 3-5 years of print design experience, preferably in-house. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. Possess strong creative problem-solving skills & demonstrates conceptual thinking: innovative, resourceful, diligent with a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and print production design. Demonstrates ability to maintain attention to detail while keeping overall business goals in mind. Work well with tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a team environment. Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects.
