<b>Location: </b> North Brunswick, NJ<br> <b>Salary: </b> $94.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly<br> <b>Description: </b> <br>Job Title: Enterprise Observability Risk and Compliance Manager<br> <br>Location: North Brunswick, NJ<br> <br>Responsibilities:<br> <ul> <li>Optimize risk and compliance posture for Enterprise Observability products.</li> <li>Create and maintain necessary mechanisms (tools & reports) to govern compliance posture.</li> <li>Manage compliance functions, including risk assessment, issue identification, and remediation.</li> <li>Develop tools and reports to aggregate, analyze, and improve risk and compliance posture.</li> <li>Collaborate with product management and engineering to prioritize risk and compliance backlog.</li> <li>Represent the product area in internal and external audits.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to firm-wide policies and compliance objectives.</li> <li>Participate in business continuity planning events.</li> <li>Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams.</li></ul>Qualifications:<br> <ul> <li>5+ years of specialty software engineering experience or equivalent (work, consulting, training, military).</li> <li>Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:<ul> <li>Business Intelligence & Reporting (2-4 years)</li> <li>Agile methodologies (2-4 years)</li> <li>Business communication skills (4-6 years)</li> <li>Data analysis (2-4 years)</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (4-6 years)</li> <li>ITIL (4-6 years)</li> <li>Project coordination (1-2 years)</li> <li>Software architecture and design (2-4 years)</li> <li>Software development lifecycle (4-6 years)</li></ul></li></ul> <ul> </ul> <b>Contact:</b> rwest@judge.com<br> <br>This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
