Our Overland Park, KS location is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist .
100% remote work schedule
In this role, you will support customer companies that are implementing a mobile solution for the first time or moving to a different solution and are looking for business value to increase their revenue through increased delivery, efficiencies in production, and growth in their customer base.
By implementing our proprietary ScanWorkX application for Microsoft AX and D365 for Finance and Operations, you will provide a solid knowledge base for implementing mobile solutions for the Microsoft AX family of ERP solutions.
Responsibilities

  • Install and configure the following proprietary software packages within the AX and D365 solutions
    • ScanWorkX
    • Print Envoy
  • Install and configure mobile devices to run the ScanWorkX application
  • Trace and troubleshoot errors encountered when using mobile applications and utilize a case system to report issues with software
  • Document unique customer requirements and proposed changes to the ScanWorkX software based on requests from clients. Documentation will be used by the ScanWorkX developers to deliver the requested solutions
As part of the ScanWorkX team a Software Implementation Specialist is expected to perform all Service Delivery implementation tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Facilitating and assisting with application design and setup
  • Designing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions
  • Developing custom technical interfaces, modifications, data conversions
  • Unit, system, user acceptance testing and facilitating of this testing
  • Implementation support
  • Ensure standards are followed on all technical work
  • Provide periodic status reports to manager and/or client
  • Provide accurate estimate and timelines of work performed
  • Perform work through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams communication with occasional on-site work
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field, and 2 years' relevant work experience, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 1 year industry experience with heavy application and/or technical experience in the Supply Chain industry
  • Any AX or D365 F&O certification, with D365 Supply Chain certification, APICS, preferred
  • Experience with Supply Chain software products
  • Team player with strong communication (both verbal and written), organizational, project management and client interaction and customer service abilities and skills
  • Microsoft D365 F&O products
  • Working with a D365 consulting company, implementing mobile solutions designed around maintaining the companies supply chain
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced O365 use, familiarity with EDGE training methodology, team player with strong communication, organizational, project management and client interaction and presentation skills
  • Experience with any of the tier one Supply Chain software products: Microsoft AX or D365 F&O, Manhattan, Red Prairie, HighJump, JDE, Provia, Blue Horseshoe, MS Windows architecture and technology
  • Required experience plus, professional experience managing and maintaining inventory for a manufacturing company
