Join Our Team as a VP, Relationship Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing new commercial loan accounts and client relationships, while enhancing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new commercial loan accounts and client relationships
- Enhance existing customer relationships
- Provide financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Increase the bank's deposit base through various products
- Develop sound and profitable business relationships
- Credit assessment and exceeding customer needs and expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial lending experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to cross-sell other banking products
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of personal computer hardware and software skills
