Engineers Construction, Inc. in Williston, VT, is hiring for Skilled Laborer with 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction. Applicants should have technical skills, including practical knowledge of heavy building, pipeline construction, layout, plan reading, and basic mechanics. A valid Vermont Driver’s License is required. A CDL driver's license is a plus. Other certifications, such as forklift training, OSHA 10 or 30 hr, Rigging/Signalman, HazWOper, etc., are also valuable.
The ECI Trenchless Technologies group provides many trenchless construction methods to our clients throughout the Northeast.
These methods include Horizontal Directional Drilling, Pipe Ramming, Auger Boring, Pipe Bursting, and Tunnelling. Experience in these types of construction is a significant plus but not a requirement, as ECI will provide required training for the right applicant, including opportunities to advance to an operator position.
- Location: Williston, VT, with assignments throughout New England and New York likely
- Rate of Pay: $19 - $25 / hour, depending on experience
