<strong>Job Details</strong><br><br>Job Location<br><br>COT IA - Missouri Valley, IA<br><br>Salary Range<br><br>$23.00 - $30.00<br><br><strong>Description</strong><br><br>Tremendous opportunity to get involved with the industry leading trailer manufacturer.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities</strong><br><br>Responsible for managing and providing direction to production personnel in the accomplishment of key metrics in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.<br><br><strong>Key Functions</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee and coach team members</li><li>Ensure that all safety procedures and policies are followed</li><li>Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and other methods</li><li>Identify issues of efficiency and suggest improvements</li><li>Provide hands-on support and training</li><li>Clearly communicate job expectations to team members</li><li>Enforce policies and procedures through the use of coaching and disciplinary procedures</li><li>Ensure that finished products are completed to product quality standards</li><li>Ensure the availability of raw materials to the production processes</li><li>Ensure adherence to all company rules and policies</li><li>Provide motivation and leadership to team personnel</li><li>Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency</li><li>Train new team members on how to perform safely and how to properly perform job duties.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications / Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>High School diploma; Advanced training preferred</li><li>Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role</li><li>Organizational and leadership abilities</li><li>Written and oral communication skills</li><li>Must be self-motivated with a strong background in problem solving skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethic</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time for long shifts and be able to work 6 days a week during peak periods.</li><li>Must pass a criminal background check for the position.</li></ul>
