However, it's not just about production, that's part of it, of course. The growth comes from the ability to pass on what you have learned, contribute to the customer experience, educate the customers and the Advisor Team, grow young and hungry low-level Technicians and provide an overall product that is not only a quality product, but also a superior product to other shops.</strong><br><br>Here in Cottonwood, Arizona, we are looking for this person. Heath's Auto Service Cottonwood is a rising star in the Verde Valley. With a location and loyal customer base that has been around since 1981, we feel that this shop is just starting to realize its potential. Verde Valley is a wonderful place to live, with growing communities and services and a perfect location which is in striking distance to alpine scenery, the Sonoran Deserts of Phoenix and everything in between. Sure, sometimes...but it's gone by 2:00p the same day. 300 days of sunshine per year will do that.<br><br>We are looking for a Master Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career. We have a great 8-bay facility, right on Mainstreet in Cottonwood, with a highly motivated crew that is ready to soar with the right leadership. The right Shop Foreman will have a chance to take this crew to levels not seen in automotive repair in Verde Valley. <br><br>A Shop Foreman should be capable of addressing customer concerns, performing thorough safety inspections and maintenance inspections, accurate diagnostic, quality repairs and service on numerous brands and various design differences. A Shop Foreman should also be capable of driving production by working hand-in-hand with the Service Manager to create a shop flow that leans on effective systems and non-verbal communication. Finally, a Shop Foreman should be a great coach and have an ability to create and maintain positive culture throughout the shop.
