THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE NEED. Long term 12-18 month ServiceNow Developer needed. This is a Hybrid role, 2 days per week onsite in Somerset NJ or Austin TX, this is a MUST. <strong>NO THIRD PARTIES!!!</strong> Please only candidates respond to this job posting. The rate range is $70-$85hr and we are able to do w2 or c2c (individual llc ONLY / <strong>NO 3rd PARTIES</strong>)<br><br>Summary<br><br>As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Modules, applications, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with Business Analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their needs. You will also follow best practices and standards for coding, testing, and documentation. Within this role you will engage and collaborate with internal and external vendor partners on future state aligning to industry standards.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>&bull; Responible to support enhancements and maintenance of current ServiceNow Environment including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and GRC modules.<br>&bull; Implement and configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and other ServiceNow components.<br>&bull; Drive automation and process improvements.<br>&bull; Enable and develop ServiceNow GenAI features!<br>&bull; Thought Leadership, by driving future growth and next steps in our ServiceNow Roadmap.<br>&bull; Evaluate current ServiceNow processes in order to guide on ways to improve and become more efficient with the platform and its modules.<br>&bull; Manage and install ServiceNow applications and integrations.<br>&bull; Responsible for platform upgrades.<br>&bull; Design and perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.<br>&bull; Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects in ServiceNow applications and integrations.<br>&bull; Provide technical support and guidance to end users and administrators.<br>&bull; Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.<br>&bull; Document and maintain technical specifications and user manuals to satisfy internal/external audits.<br>&bull; Assist with the buildout and support of a ServiceNow inception process delineating between Project work, Enhancements, Break Fix items.<br><br>Qualifications<br>&bull; Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.<br>&bull; At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration<br>&bull; Certified ServiceNow Application Developer or System Administrator<br>&bull; ITIL certification<br>&bull; Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and other web technologies.<br>&bull; Experience in using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and other data formats.<br>&bull; Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.<br>&bull; Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes and best practices.<br>&bull; Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.<br>&bull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>&bull; Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.<br>&bull; Familiarity with all Snow Modules and services including but not limited to Change, Incident, Event, CMDB, GRC, Portal, Mid-Server.
